Kyle + Nicole Engagement

Spending time with Nicole and Kyle is simply magic. We embraced the misty day in Afton, Va at one of the most eccentric and fantastic landmarks around. Swannanoa Palace is an incredible old mansion that holds and almost majestic, eerie beauty.  The fact that it is falling apart makes it all the more picturesque. Upon wondering the grounds we found a gem hiding behind the trees: an old watchtower came into view, and I practically burst with excitement. Every attribute of Swannanoa seems to whisper curiosities and questions of the past.

These two are such fun to be around. Their heart beats for adventure and it shows in their love for one another. Kyle proposed to Nicole while skydiving, If you could imagine such a thing! It was a complete shock for Nicole, who thought he would pop the question weeks later on their planned vacation. While she was falling through the air she read a large banner asking, “Will you marry me.” Of course she said yes, and their love story continues to be written.

Nicole and Kyle are a dream to work with. Their adoration for one another is easily captured. You know you’ve found the one when you can’t stop smiling and when every moment, no matter how small, is an adventure. I’m so excited to tell the story of their wedding day on May 2nd 2015.
